Speaker/Topic: Rachel Mutrux, Director of the Missouri Telehealth Network: As a seasoned leader in telehealth, Rachel Mutrux brings over two decades of experience to her role as Director of the Missouri Telehealth Network at the University of Missouri - School of Medicine. She has been instrumental in advancing telehealth initiatives across the state, including pioneering projects like Show-Me ECHO and partnering in the Heartland Telehealth Resource Center.
