Physician (Active) Membership - See below
The MSMA is dedicated to improving the practice of medicine for you, your staff, and your patients by representing your best interests on key state and federal legislation, providing you with representation before state agencies and by protecting the practice of medicine for future physicians. MSMA dues are low compared to other state medical associations - we provide excellent return on investment.
- Newly Licensed Physicians - FREE
- Second Year Dues - $150
- Third Year Dues - $300
- Active Dues - $450
Resident/Fellow Membership - FREE
The MSMA Resident Fellow Section (RFS) provides valuable networking events and education - helping you to be politically aware, educated about business practices, and active and informed as your career progresses, and is available for those who are residents and fellows licensed in Missouri.
Student Membership - FREE
The MSMA Medical Student Section (MSS) is open at all eight campuses of Missouri's Schools of Medicine, and helps students get involved and learn about the value of organized medicine. MSS members receive many of the same benefits as physician members - including advocacy, news and information, and networking, helping you all the way through medical school, training, and entering the medical practice.
Retired Membership - $75 annually
Retired members shall be limited to physicians who have retired from the practice of medicine and other healthcare-related employment. Retired members may not serve as officers, councilors, vice-councilors, AMA delegates, or AMA alternate delegates. They shall enjoy all other privileges of active membership.
